About the procedure The materials used are: 2 eggs, 1.5 teaspoons sugar, any amount of shirodashi you like and appropriate amount of salad oil. The tools used are: flying pan, chopsticks, bowl, knife, plate and stove. 1. First, crack eggs on a flat surface and break it over a bowl. If eggshells get in, remove them with chopsticks. 2. Second, remove the chalaza with chopsticks. This work is not necessarily have to be done. 3. Third, add shirodashi and sugar to the bowl containing eggs. 4. After that, mix these together.
